Facilities

The 5,300 seat America First Event Center is home to

Thunderbird Women's Basketball. Located in the heart of SUU's

campus, the America First Event Center provides a home court

advantage and one of the best arenas in the Western Athletic Conference.

The arena features two large video boards, a prominent student

section, and a grand concourse which leads directly to the

Sharwan Smith Student Center.

The Multi-Purpose Center serves as a practice facility for

Thunderbird Women's Basketball. The team has 24 hour fob

access to the practice courts which features a full size basketball

court with 6 total basketball hoops. Additionally two shooting guns

for the players use. The facility features a full size basketball court

and new branding graphics throughout

Film Room

The film room is a brand new accommodation for

our team that was built in 2018. It offers 19 leather movie-style

seats, a 5 person study desk and state of the art lighting. The

projector screen is 9x7 feet to ensure a quality film experience.

This is where we as a team watch practice, scout and game film.

We also enjoy streaming some of the most anticipated WNBA

games and Bachelor finales!
